Reservations:
We welcome both groups and individuals. We invite you to call for rate confirmations. Generally:
**Individuals: 80.00/nite per person single room. A second friend may stay for an additional 65.00/nite. A third may also stay for that rate. This does not include meals, sales or occupancy taxes. A full kitchen is provided for your cooking arrangements.
***Groups: Groups greater than 3 can rent a combination of both the private rooms, dorm room and general living area for sleeping bags and/or small cots. Full kitchen provided. For group rates, please contact us toll free at 1-866-897-1617, as pricing is dependent on number of guests. Rates do not include meals, sales or occupancy taxes.
A cleaning fee is added to all group rates quoted.
Policies
Guests must be at least 18yrs old to make reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 21. Since this is an adult facility for the rest and relaxation of it's guests, children under the age of 14 will not be allowed.
Our check in policy is arrival between 4:00 to 6:00 PM. If you wish to come earlier or stay later we will work with that providing rooms are available.
Our check out policy is 3:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made.
Weekends and holidays require a two day stay minimum.
Room rates do not include Va Sales Tax (4.5%) or Botetourt Cty Lodging Tax. This will be added to the final bill.
All "no shows" or cancellations the day of reservation are the responsibility of the guest and full payment will be charged (the 50% deposit and the balance due).
We require a two-week notice for full refund of deposit. Cancellations under two weeks will forfeit your deposit.
The cancellation period for group bookings requiring two or more rooms is 45 days.
Inclement weather at the Retreat or your point of origin does not constitute exceptions to the cancellation policy.
Please leave your pets at home for their safety as well as for our farm animals. Pets may interfere and upset the farm animals putting both in danger so we do not allow pets.
